Hey there! I’m Cayla, the founder of Choose to Love You. I’ve been a relationship and marriage nerd for my entire life. My parents have an amazing marriage. For the thirty-five years they’ve been married, they have been each other’s best friends. They have been in love and had romance and intimacy in their marriage the entire time. As a child, I quickly learned that what my parents had was not normal. I began studying what they did that was different than what other people did and became obsessed with learning more about what makes a lifetime relationship the best relationship it can be. I believe that having an amazing marriage is possible but learned that it takes wanting it and being willing to put in the effort to make it happen.
